Chick-fil-a

Ella and I LOVE Chick-fil-a. When I was pregnant with Wesley, a friend gave us a bunch of Free kids meal coupons. During that summer Ella and I went at least once a week and we each got a kids meal and I read a book while Ella played. It was wonderful. I got some "alone" time and Ella got some energy out. Things changed a bit once Wes was born, we didn't have an available car, and we had run out of coupons. Plus, Wes wasn't able to play. Now that we have a car again, and Wes is a bit older we go 3-4 times a month. We usually go with our friend Amy and her boys, but sometimes we go with other friends. We all love the food (I love that it is lower in WW points than any other Fast Food restaurant) and the kids love playing in the indoor playground. Wesley is now old enough to play some too, which is nice. The indoor part is important, as it is often too HOT in the summer to play out in the middle of the day, and right now it is too COLD to play outside. Plus this year, it rained like every other day so that was a good reason to be outside too. We could go to a place like, Jumpzone or something, but for less $$ we get to play AND eat lunch, so Chick-fil-a is our kind of place. Today we met our friend Michelle from MOPS and her kids to have lunch and play. We had a blast, and both kids are napping well after all the playtime.
EAT MORE CHICKEN!

Ella always likes to trade her kids meal toy for an ice cream. She was way bummed to find out that other places don't do this!
