Bee's Doctors and friends

Ella had a sore throat last night and still felt bad this morning so I decided that before we took her to our friends house, I aught to make sure she didn't have anything contagious. So we went to a local urgent care in the morning (she is fine just not used to the super dry air here).  While we were there, the bee keeper who keeps bees on lauras property came by and offered to show the bees to jon and the kids. only james was brave/obedient enough to go in the bee area, but jon and james had tons of fun learning about bees!

Once elinor and I got home,  she decided she wasn't feeling well enough to go with us so she went to talk a nap while the rest of us headed out to see our friends Mat and Lisa.  They live just 20 min away from Laura's house.  Lisa fed us a delicious lunch, then i put evvie down for a nap while the other kids went swimming.  We spent they afternoon swimming, talking, having a cookout and just enjoying each other.  Time went by so fast and before we knew it, it was 9pm and we needed to leave.  Lisa loaded us up with a ton of her freeze dried goodies and we went home and collapsed into bed.
