Sunday in the Mountains

It rained all night long on Saturday night and into the morning.  The view from the deck was beautiful in the morning watching the mist and low rain clouds mix beneith us.  Sunday we had a nice quiet sabbath.  We started out by going to the local ward.  They are having their building renovated so for now they are meeting in an old theater.  It was definitley interesting to say the least!  The people were nice, and it was a good service.  After church, Jon, Kristy and Dad took the kids hiking up to Laural falls.  Last time we went to the mountains we did this hike and it is a nice easy walk up the mountian to a beautiful water fall.  Based on the excited kids who arrived home soaking wet and the pictures, I would say they had a nice time.

While they were out the rest of us relaxed in the cabin and played games.  It was a lovely first day in the Smoky mountains.
