cooking lesson #7

Today Elinor chose to make sesame chicken with rice and snow peas.  She did an awesome job with the chopping and cooking.  I barely had to help at all this week!  I am so glad that she is interested in cooking with me!  After a delicious dinner, we went to a new ice cream shop in town called "sub-zero"  It is an awesome place where you choose your ice cream base, mix ins and flavors and they freeze it right in front of you with liquid nitrogen.  The kids loved the show, and the ice cream was delicious!
