Sir's Fabric

Today Mom and I went to Sirs Fabrics up in Fayetteville TN with my friend Megan and her kids. We all needed different types of sewing things so we thought we ought to all go together. The kids were surprisingly well behaved and did a great job while we browsed the fabrics and notions. I got the fabric I needed to finish off a quilt I am making, and some beautiful blue fabric for a dress. Mom got some stuff for some gifts and new clothes for herself and Megan got the fabric she needed for her business. After we were all done checking out we stopped at a tiny little chocolate shop around the corner that sells cyan pepper chocolates among other things. We all got some chocolates and finished our day getting lunch out at Taco bell. At home Mom and I got online and got one of Ella's Christmas presents. Tickets to see "Disney on Ice, Princess Classics" I think she is going to L-O-V-E it! It is on Dec 2, so it will be an early Christmas gift but I think she will be ok with it. This evening I got a chance to play my new time-waster game. Bejewled blitz has lost some of its shine, although it is still my game of choice when I only have a min or two. My sister introduced me to "Carcassonne" while on Vacation and I found a place that lets you play it on line. It is tons of fun and I enjoy talking to the different people around the world that I play with.
