Sewing and FHE

Today was the first day of fall, we woke up to a rainy and a (relitivly) cool day. It only got to the low 60's today, and since it has been in the 90's for the last several months that is a big change! The kids got to break out some of their warmer clothes and Ella loved getting to wear some of her new winter stuff. Today we spent the morning at our friend Megan's house sewing. I cut out pattern pieces for Megan while she put on an aplicay on a quilt I am makeing. The kids played really nicely together for the most part! After we got back home I put the kids to bed and worked some more on my quilt. It is FINISHED!!! THen I spent the rest of the afternoon getting ready for our guests. We had one of our neighbors and the missionaries over for dinner and FHE tonight. It went really well and we all had a lot of fun. The Elders did the lesson, and we played Pictionary for the game.
