Today was Wesley's Pokemon birthday party. I got up at 6 to start getting ready. I cleaned the house made and hung decorations and got the games together. I had to run to the store one more time for drinks and the special balloons i wanted for Wes. Went i got home around 9 i found that out 2 special guests had arrived. Zach and Megan are staying with us all day while their family moves into their new house. Megan helped me finish decorating the living room and kitchen. Since it was too cold to party outside i had Jon help me clear out the living room to get ready fir some fun. The party started at 10:30 and all the guests were here by 10:40 so then we got started. I had planned lots if fun games for the party. We started with pin the tail on pickachu. Then we playing a game when you used a spoon. To launch poke balls to your partner and they had to catch them in a hat. That one was wild and fun. Then we played Pokemon bingo and last a game where you have to bounce the poke balls into cups to "catch" Pokemon. The games were a huge hit. When they were done we had just enough time to eat cake and ice cream and open presents before our guests had to go home. Once everyone was gone we cleaned up the mess and then Jon and i took Ella, Megan and zach to see "dr. Strange". Wes didn't want to see it and James was asleep. Laura was kind enough to watch the boys for us. When we got home from the movie i took Wesley and Laura to target so that Wesley could pick out a present from grandma. He got a collapsible sword a board game and some Pokemon cards. Once we were home i made dinner and started working on my primary lesson while it cooked. We ate and then i drove zach and Megan home around 6:30. Now i am finishing my primary lesson and getting this blog posted. It was a very full and busy day.
