Happy Birthday Dear Wesley!

Today my baby boy turned 2. I can't believe how big he is getting the last two years really flew by for us. Little man is such a joy to have in our family. He loves to run, jump, climb and follow and copy everything Big Sister does. He is talking better and better each day, this week adding, "night-night" and "air plane" to his regular rotation of words. He loves the water and often asks for a "Bubble" (bath) in the middle of the day, sometimes more than once! He also likes to hang out in the pool, which we should be doing more often now that we have joined the "Y". Wesley's favorite things in the world are trains, cars, anything with wheels and his lovey's. He also likes to build things like his daddy.
Since he loves all things trains, we planned to throw a train themed birthday party for him tomorrow with his little friends. I made an awesome train cake too. Then this afternoon we found out that all of our little guests were sick! So we are going to postpone the party till Monday. The only question is, what do I do with the cake? Eat it now, and have cookies at the party, or freeze it for Monday? It was a lot of work, I want the little boys to see it! After daddy got home today, we had a family party. We went out for "PIZZAAAAAAA" Wes's favorite food. Since it was family night at Tommy's pizza at bridgestreet we went there. Wes really enjoyed watching them make the pizza's. After we ate, I had some coupons for free tokens at "the Zone" a bowling/arcade/restaurant so we took the kids up and ended up winning almost 6oo tickets!! The kids had fun and so did mom and dad. We have enough free tokens for Jon and I to go back again with out the kids. The nice guy at the counter let up round our tickets up to 600 and Wes got to pick 2 hotwheels cars and little miss got some kind of mouth light up teeth thing, it was cool. Then home for presents and bedtime. Wes was so tired that he didn't really appreciate the gifts, but i know he will like playing with them tomorrow. I hope that he had a fun day! Tomorrow I might take him swimming since his party is canceled. Then My sister and her kids get here in the early afternoon! yea for family.
