Sushi train and the Parthanon

Our last day in Nashville was just a 1/2 day for Jon's meeting so after he was done we went and had lunch at a restaurant called Sushi Train.  it is a conveyor belt style sushi restaurant and it was fantastic.  All the little plates of sushi parade by your table on a refrigerated belt and you just open your door and grab what you want to eat.  The plates are color coded and each color represents a different price.  We ate until we were stuffed and only spent about $30.  After our fab lunch we headed over to see the replica of the Parthenon in Nashville.  It was pretty cool, but not really as impressive as i thought it would be.  We walked around and paid to go inside.  It was cool to see where the Percy Jackson movie was filmed.  After we were done, it was time to go home to our other kids and get back to real life.  What a nice mini vacation!!
