Nashville

While Mom and I were at our retreat, Dad took Jon and the kids to Nashville for some fun.  They took the kids out of school on friday and drove up to Nashville, they went to Sushi Train for lunch and lucked out with an awesome lunch special.  All you can eat sushi for $9.  They ate a TON of sushi then headed over to the Gaylord hotel to see the "ICE" show.  It is a huge arena where everything is made of ice.  It is kept at just 9 degrees so they had coats for them to stay warm.  The kids all loved the slide.  After Ice they walked around the mall, then went to the Hotel where they went swimming.  On Saturday, they swam in the morning again, and then Dad took everyone to the Zoo. They arrived home around 5:30 and had pizza and watched a movie before heading home for Bed.  I think they ended up having a good weekend, according to Jon, the kids were very well behaved.
