Happy Birthday Mom!

Last week was Mom's birthday. I made her Lemony-lemon cupcakes. Lemon cake mix with lemon jello added also substituted 1/2 the water with lemon juice. Baked and topped with lemon cream-cheese frosting and some candied lemon peel on the top. Mom's favorite birthday treat!
