Saturday we went to the YMCA Halloween party. We painted pumpkins, played games, had treats and entered the costume contest. Our family won the "Best Homemade costume" ribbon. We got lots of comments, and lots of people asked to take our picture. I LOVE HALLOWEEN!!!
We also saw an amazing Toothless (from How to train your dragon) costume.
A while back I bought a living Social Deal for 3 months unlimited play at Jump To It for $22. That is just over $7 a month. I thought it was a great deal. We finally got around to going for the first time and Wes had so much fun. We raced through the racecourse several times and spent a lot of time hitting the balls with a baseball bat. After about an hour, another little boy showed up so we ended up staying an additional 45 min. I am excited that we get to go as much as we want for the next couple of months.
The kids had their dentist appointments last week and both were given a clean bill of health. They have no cavities and great bites. We need to be better at flossing, but don't most people? After our 8am appointment, I took the kids for breakfast at Micky D's and then took Ella to school.
I finally finished our costumes right before Mom and Dad's trunk or treat. I had just enough time to make a fantastic trunk decoration before the event. We were in the top 3 for the costume contest, and we won one of the prizes for the trunks. The other winner did "Honeydukes" from Harry potter. Her trunk was AWESOME and she totally deserved the other prize.
Sushi Famiy!
Mom and I made Candy Sushi to hand out to the kids. 4 pans of Krispie Treats, 3.5 bags of Swedish fish, 3 packs of sour strips and 160 treat bags. They turned out fantastic!!
I spent all day Friday working on our trunk decorations.

Last Saturday we went to Tate's Farm. It was so much fun! Jon had never been there before and the kids had a great time showing him around. We spent a really long time in the Corn Crib, it is my favorite part! The kids go to ride the corn train, and we all bounced on the jumping pillow. We also all rode on the big slide, played with the water feature and generally enjoyed the farm. It was a fantastic day!
