Gymnastics and bowling with Hannah

Wesley is loving his gymnastics class, I am so glad we put him in!   That evening we went bowling for FHE and we brought our Hannah with us.  We ended up having to wait FOREVER to get a lane, but once we did we all had fun.

Daddy/Daughter campout!

Jon took Ella to the Stake Daddy/Daughter campout and they had a blast!  Unfortunately, Jon didn't take many pictures, only a few on the last day, but it was a wonderful weekend for both of them.

Wesley and I went out for a doughnut breakfast, I love my boy!

Ella's butterfly

For a school project Ella had to collect a live bug.  Luckily for me, she found a couple of Caterpillars out on my flowers and choose to collect them.  After they were done with them at school she brought them home and a few days later they made their cocoons.  Today they hatched and became beautiful butterflies!  Ella was so excited to see them emerge.

It's a boy!

We got the Ultrasound today and found out we are having a boy!

Alexander's annual picnic

We had fun at the annual Alexanders picnic, they had bouncy houses this year, and Wesley spent pretty much the whole time bouncing around.  Ella ran around with the other kids and enjoyed being outside.  It was a fun afternoon.

Belt test

Ella got a little flustered during her last belt test and ended up not quite passing.  She rocked out the Sparring, Kata and self defense portion of the test but messed up a tiny bit in the drills section.  After her mistake, she froze up and ended up crying so hard that she couldn't finish.  Mr Jay and Mr Daniel were very understanding and allowed her to retake the test one on one the next week.  She totally rocked out her make up test and passed with flying colors.  I am proud of her that she pulled it all together and did such a good job.

Haircut

I took Wesley to get a haircut and he insisted that I take a picture of his hair before and after his haircut.  He told me that he looked SO HANDSOME after his haircut!

County fair!

Dad took us to the county fair on opening day.  The kids got unlimited rides bracelets and they loved all the kiddie rides.  We enjoyed seeing all the animals and booths.   Wesley loved seeing all the tractors, he even got to climb up on some.  After a few hours, Jon, Wes and I headed home and left Ella with Nana and Grandpa.  They went on more rides, got some souvenirs and went to part of the concert before exhaustion overwhelmed them and they came home too.  It was a fun day!
